I love Grizzly Bear. Honestly, they’re are pushing the boundaries of indie music to levels no one before them has. Any band that can turn Jay-Z into a fan of independent music, has to be nothing short of greatness.

Thankfully the latest music video for ‘Ready, Able’, does their musical genius justice.

This video is great for so many reasons. From the premise, to the visuals, to the rather disgusting- yet still lovable- clay figure that the video is centered around, it hits the nail right on the head. Not to mention stop motion is amazing. That’s what more videos now-a-days need. Stop motion makes anything look cool. I could literally take 50 photos of myself eating a bowl of cereal, put RATATAT playing in background and make it into a movie, and it would probably the greatest thing since liking Twilight became cool…wait…never mind.
