MTV sucks. With that being said, pretty much everything on it sucks too. From ‘The Hills’ to ‘Bully Beat Down’ , none of it really has anything to do with music. Good thing MTV finally decided to do something right.

‘It’s On With Alexa Chung’ is a show where an annoying British chick (who is dating someone from the Arctic Monkeys I guess) talks about a bunch of dumb crap as fast as she can, and every once in a while has a pretty decent musical guest. Last week though, the producers for the show made an AWESOME decision by having the xx on.

The performed the hell out of ‘Basic Space’…making me like MTV for the 2:05 they performed. Just thought I’d mention a little news on my favorite band of the year. Now if you don’t mind, I’m going to get back to trying to figure out what language Alexa Chung speaks, because it sure as hell isn’t english.
