So, a while back, Jared Rosenthal (contributor) posted a review of sorts about Yeasayer’s new single ‘Ambling Alp’. He wrote a bunch of stuff about how much it sucked blah blah, the point is he didn’t like it and that’s his prerogative. I on the hand enjoyed it. I love this band, despite the terrible experience I had when I saw them live (lead singer threw a maraca into the crowd and beamed some chick in the head, then proceeded to make a joke about it.) While that was a dick move, their music is still good.

Finally there’s a video to go along with their eclectic single, and it’s pretty awesome. By awesome, I mean scary. I would probably have a heart attack if someone messed with my face for more than .00989 seconds, but I’m a germaphobe…I’ve said too much.
